SOCIAL SERVICE PROVIDERS GUIDE INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the Matamata Community Resource Trust Guide to Social Services in the Matamata District. The object of the Matamata Community Resource Trust is to promote, facilitate, encourage and develop the advancement and support of community services of a charitable nature in the Matamata District. Railside by the Green is governed by the Trust and has successfully become a community hub for social service, community groups and business. Available for hire is a boardroom and smaller meeting rooms.

Matamata Community Resource Trust – Comprises of 4 Community Elected Trustees, a Manager who has administration support.

• The Department of Corrections

• Hamilton Abuse Intervention Programme

We also endeavour to run network meetings for providers. If you would like further information please do not hesitate to contact the Centre. The Trust is also available to promote and encourage the ongoing development of services for the community. Trustees and staff are available in assisting if possible.
